Deliveries are made by the "tried sale": the fresh products available on board are directly offered to customers, to the big distribution and to the shops. In the district of Perugia, the delivery service is very detailed and often performed everyday. In other areas of the region each shop is visited two times a week. In the neighbouring regions (Tuscany, Marche, Latium), the company avails itself of a network of sales agents. They visit customers every fifteen days. When the order is carried out, goods are sent by the company cold vehicle or by giving them to some distribution services on site.
