goods are daily produced and distributed. The careful selection of supplies and suppliers,
update technology, constant controls performed by the appointed personnel assure the final
product authenticity and genuineness. Although update technology is utilised, the worker gives
the products something of his own experience, since many operations like preparing, giving a
shape and trimming are hand-made. The low natural leavening and the strictly controlled long
baking give the final product a unique uniformity, flavour and appearance. The range of
products is constituted by salad pies, cheese pies, simple buns, filled buns and roasted or
grilled vegetables. Pies and buns are packaged in sealed pouches, vegetables in modified
atmosphere trays. Their average preservation period is of about 10 days. |
