personnel assure the final product authenticity and genuineness. Fresh egg pasta is daily
prepared in a specially arranged room from which the products come out hermetically sealed, so
cold chain is not broken up. A modern pasteurisation process warrants an excellent quality and
keep product organoleptic properties unchanged. There is a wide range of egg pasta. The filled
pasta is made in several shapes and fillings, from the traditional types to the special types.
There is also a wide range of cut pasta, obtained by working the egg puff pastry. Besides the
regional specialities, made with simple and natural ingredients, we make also fresh pasta like
gnocchi, crêpes and omelettes. Egg pasta is packaged in trays in modified atmosphere, while
the other loose products are packaged in cardboard or pouches.
