In Umbria, the "green heart of Italy", at the foot of the pleasant Corciano, there is the new and modern factory of the "Gastronomia Umbra". The company was born in 1981 thanks to Maria Teresa Ghirga's passion for cookery and gastronomic art and to her husband Giuliano Finetti's thirty-year experience, as the owner of two trades specialized in the field of food. Today the company, synonymous of quality and genuineness, is vivaciously led by Mr and Mrs Finetti's children. Its main activity is the production, the transformation and the daily distribution of alimentary and gastronomic products. Excellent and carefully selected ingredients, up-to-date productive technologies supporting a processing checked by qualified staff and the exemplary packaging of the product, freshly worked and packed, are the company strong points. The taste evolution and the heritage acquired thanks to the experience are placed at customer's disposal. The company proposes products into line with the most genuine recipes of Italian and particularly Umbrian tradition.

Distribution:	For Umbria, Tuscany and Marche the company has a directly managed distribution, carried out with its own refrigerated vehicles and staff. In the other areas the distribution is carried out by carrier.

In the other regions and abroad the company avails itself of a network of sales agents.
