| Sauces, creams and salads, fresh pasta, pies, ready dishes, sea
specialities, roasted vegetables are part of this product range. Sauces, creams
and salads can be used as dressings, for first courses, appetisers or fillings. There
are two types of products: products added with oil and products added with mayonnaise. They
are packaged in 200, 500, 1000 g. glass jars (trays), 3000 g. (bucket). The average
preservation period of these products is of about 30/60 days. Fresh pasta is packaged
in modified atmosphere trays of 250, 500, 1000 g. Gnocchi and dried pasta are packaged in
cartons of respectively 3000 and 2000 g. The average preservation period of products in trays
is of about 20/30 days, while loose products in cartons can be preserved for 4/8 days. Gastronomic
pies are regional recipes. The most famous, the cheese pie ("torta di Pasqua"),
can have a round shape (like a pudding) of 200, 700, 1000 and 1250 g., or a rectangular shape
(like a sandwich loaf) of 800 and 1700 g. Other products are simple buns of filled buns, flat
pies or salad pies. All baked goods can replace bread and, when filled, can be used for
snacks, refreshments and appetisers. They can be preserved for about 10 days. The ready
dishes can be first courses already cooked or to be cooked, meat dishes with a sauce or
with vegetables in modified atmosphere, recipes or seasonal side dishes. Pasta is packaged in
aluminium trays, main courses, recipes and seasonal side dishes are packaged in tray in
modified atmosphere. The weight of the trays is 1000 g., the average preservation period is of
about 10/20 days, depending on the type. The product range is completed by sea specialities
and roasted vegetables in oil, packaged in trays of respectively 1000 and 2000 g., with an
average preservation period of about 60/90 days
