These products are made in a completely screened and air-conditioned central structure within the production area. In this closed room admittance is permitted to the insiders only. Here all production, storage and packaging stages take place. For this reason cold chain is not broken up and the product comes out of the room packaged, therefore hermetically sealed. Products are obtained by cold mixing mayonnaise and other previously worked ingredients. The mayonnaise is home-made immediately before use, while the added components are always freshly worked. All production and packaging processes take place in specially arranged rooms with suitable technical characteristics. These products are recommended for appetisers, for stuffing sandwiches, snacks and canapés, on toasts and sandwich loaves, or for accompanying boiled meat. Fresh products are packaged in trays and can be preserved for a period of 45/60 days; long life products are packaged in glass jars and can be preserved for a period of 18 and 24 months.
